Booking can be cancelled via the Work Advantage website/app before the payment has been rendered. If you have done the payment and not received the product/e-product, please call customer service at 08882-870-870 and we would be happy to help. A booking cannot be cancelled after the payment has been rendered and product has been received.
How long does it take to process my cancellation request?
It usually takes 7-15 days to process the cancellation request and confirm refund, if refund is applicable. Refund is only applicable if because of a system failure, payment has gone thorough and product/e-product has not been delivered from our side.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
We offer two modes of refund – Escrow – We can hold your money with us and allow you to use it during your next booking Refund – The money can be refunded to your PayTM wallet.
