Work Advantage connects small and large scale companies with business owners and vendors; and creates a mutually beneficial relationship amongst them. My Work Advantage is the pioneering savings portal for employees of our partnering companies throughout India. We offer a turnkey solution for companies to reward their employees better by availing the large scale of discounts and offers our partner vendors offer, saving the employers' time and energy.

We provide corporate discounts via our membership card, called the Advantage Card. We provide discounts to employees in various sectors like wellness, travel, services, dining etc.

Using the card, you can create an account in our portal www.workadvantage.in, and login to view and avail all the corporate discounts that our partner businesses offer, exclusively for you. You can also walk into a partner business, present your Advantage Card at the time of billing, and avail the discounts immediately.

We at Work Advantage strive to provide a flawless user experience. Once you sign in, you can not only view all deals, but also see deals based on your location, categories, requirements and popularity. Every deal will include all necessary details about the business providing it and how to avail the same.

Your Advantage Card will have an expiration date embossed on it. Typically, Advantage Cards expire yearly, following which the HR of your organization will provide you with a new one. The methodologies for receiving the new card vary company to company. Talk to your HR representative to get an overview of how the replacement can be made for you, if your card has expired or is expiring soon.

We have different pricing plans, based upon the size of your company and duration of the partnership. All partner corporations are charged on a per-card basis.
